Brooke is a public speaker on personal transformation and group facilitator with audience sizes ranging from hundreds to thousands. With over 15 years of experience, she has been featured at UCLA, USC, Loyola Marymount University, and Mariner’s Church, to name a few. She is passionate about creating interactive processes with her audience and opening herself up to inquiries in order to model what she is speaking about. She also performs original stories, standup comedy, improv, and poetry.
Brooke is a public speaker and psychology expert contributor for television, film, podcasts, radio, and digital and print media. At the beginning of treatment, it is recommended that you meet with your therapist weekly. Standard sessions are 50-minutes long. You may request longer sessions in advance if you plan ahead and schedule them with your therapist.
