Our 20s and 30s are a time of many transitions. For many of us, we are tasked for the first time with asking major questions about what we want for our lives:

  • Who do I want to be? What are my values?
  • What do I want to do with my life? What is my calling? What is the balance between passion and pragmatism?
  • How do I know if I want to spend the rest of my life with someone?
  • Do I want children and when? How will I know?


It can be overwhelming at times to listen to ourselves and to know what we need when it comes to all of the various transitions we face. We will help you learn to hear your own voice amidst the noise. We will help you listen to yourself even when the voices of your friends, parents, and Facebook seem louder than yours. We will help you learn to find stillness even when the world feels like it’s moving by at impossible speeds.
