IMPROVED METABOLISM

Strength training has been scientifically proven to increase metabolism. This means you burn more calories, even in a resting state. So you’re doing less work while seeing more results.

SLOWING THE AGING PROCESS

Using weights powerfully stimulates the body to release hormones, growth factors and endorphins that build muscle, burn fat, and slow the aging process. In addition, strength training improves immune and cognitive function, focus, and a general sense of well-being.

DISEASE PROTECTION

Strength training has been proven to increase metabolism and lean muscle mass makes the body more sensitive to insulin and lowers our risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Women on Weights has special benefits for women including bone protection and disease prevention.
