“Love is a state of being. Your love is not outside, it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you.”
- Eckhart Tolle
My purpose is to help you through the process of self-discovery and empowerment with compassion and encouragement by providing you with the tools you need to create the life you truly want.
When life seems overwhelming and unmanageable, it can seep into our relationships, work and daily life, creating conflict and confusion. We may even begin to question our self-worth and doubt our intuition, leaving us feeling lost and leading to distorted ways of seeing ourselves, others, and the world that make things even more difficult to navigate.
Through our work together, we will restore your connection to your inner knowing, resiliency, and innate strength and capacity. Experiences of pain can alienate us from our sense of capacity, confidence, and self trust, but as we heal these experiences together using time-tested and research proven techniques, we can begin to recover the strength, self-awareness, and sense of wholeness buried beneath those wounds.
How we cope with difficult feelings often points to patterns that we adopted in the past to “survive.” Often these outdated strategies keep us stuck in the past, preventing us from creating the fulfilling and meaningful lives we deeply desire. By bringing our awareness and intention to our inner experience and facing our fears, we can begin to shift our perspective and get clarity on what we need to do to feel alive, peaceful, and whole.
My integrative approach to therapy honors the sacred individuality in each of my clients, drawing from mindfulness practices, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including Trauma Informed approaches such as TF-CBT), as well as Narrative, and Imago Relationship Therapy. Integrating feedback from each person as to what resonates and is most helpful, I tailor my offerings to your unique needs.
Working together collaboratively with empathy, mutual honesty, and compassion at the center of our work, we partner together to reach your unique goals and facilitate growth, exploration, and transformation. By creating and maintaining a safe and non-judgmental healing space, I believe any individual, family, or couple can begin to identify and overcome patterns and begin to heal and create a more connected, intentional, and authentic life. I look forward to walking beside you as a fellow traveler as you overcome your fears, deepen your connection to yourself and others, and celebrate your victories, big and small.
