If you’re pregnant, trying to conceive, or would like to get your body back after labor, I’m the personal trainer for you. With a Prenatal and Postnatal Personal Training Certification and many years of experienceI specialize in personal training for pregnant women. I offer in-home personal training sessions for pregnant and expecting women across Los Angeles so I can conveniently come to you.

Personal training during pregnancy helps you to stay healthy, upbeat, and strong so you can tackle the next phase in your life. Prenatal and postnatal personal training focuses on building a strong core with isometric techniques that stabilize and strengthen the abdominal muscles.

My specialized personal training regimen for pregnant women focuses on strengthening the hip, gluteal, and pelvic region while keeping excess unwanted weight gain to a minimum. The ideal frequency for this training is 2-3 times per week during pregnancy, before pregnancy, or 5-weeks after pregnancy.


National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and a professional beach volleyball player with the AVP Beach Volleyball Tour, I can’t help but share my passion for health and fitness with my clients.

I will create an individualized in-home personal training regimen tailored to your personal fitness needs and goals. I believe in a holistic approach to training. Through our training sessions, we will not only focus on the body we will use fitness to improve your self-esteem and quality of life.

I’ll help you break through your barriers to fitness and get the body, strength, agility, and sports performance you’ve always dreamed of.

Locations served include West LA, Beverly Hills, Mid-City, Santa Monica, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, El Segundo, and Southbay.

In my free time, I love painting, practicing the piano, riding my bike on the beach, and traveling to compete in AVP Beach Volleyball tournaments. I’m originally from Arizona but have enjoyed my last few years living in Southbay, Culver City, and Marina Del Rey. I studied Communications and Economics in college but quickly discovered my true passion was helping people improve their quality of life through fitness.
