Through both professional and personal experience, I have simplified meal prep while expanding flavor profiles and diversifying ingredients. I will teach you how to make one ingredient taste five unique ways, how to optimize your time spent in the kitchen, and how to feel in control of mealtime.
I’ve been able to see how impactful it is for our clients to have ready-made healthy food options available in their fridge. While this fact should have encouraged me, on the contrary, I felt frustrated that we were only able to offer food as a product without coaching. With my In-Home Nutrition practice, I am now able to take the tools and tricks that I mastered in the industrial kitchen and bring them to your home kitchen.
