ABOUT GINA
A failure is not a mistake. The real mistake is to stop trying.
BF Skinner
I see counseling as a collaborative relationship that moves individuals along the path to empowerment and self-awareness. I am deeply committed to helping clients focus on their goals and build on existing strengths to cope with life’s challenges in a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment. I consider myself to be an eclectic and integrative therapist and tailor my style to the needs of each client, focusing on meeting each individual on where they are in their journey.
My practice focuses on a holistic approach to treatment emphasizing the importance of the mind-body relationship and the overall effects that thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and our environment have on our life experiences. My work supports individuals in developing a deeper understanding and connection with themselves, stronger more fulfilling relationships with others, and overall life balance and satisfaction strengthened by positive mental and emotional health.
HOW I WORK

I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, communication issues, eating disorders, grief, and have experience with psychosis.
